Un genio multiinstrumentista, capaz de absorber las raíces de la música folk, el pop, el country, el blues, y armar con todo ello canciones maravillosas. Es cierto que, en la última década, ha alternado álbumes menos brillantes con otros soberbios. Pero, desde luego, nadie le va a quitar lo que ha sido y lo que es: un genio de la música popular, con unas letras deliciosas y con un conocimiento de las raíces de la música popular apabullante.
